pierces insulated wires for otherwise inaccessible test points.
Recommended for use with TL224 test leads. Compatible with all tead
leads with standard 4 mm, shrouded banana plug. Pierces insulated wires
from 30 AWG (0.25mm square) to 14 AWG (1.5mm square).
